We had an bad experience at Strand Resort. The hotel was nothing like the pictures and we had to check out in the middle of the night. The towels and soap were missing from the washroom and we had to call multiple times to get them. The housekeeping staff was loud and disrespectful, constantly disturbing us in the lobby. There were insects in the room and the bathroom amenities were broken. When we complained to the front desk, they were unhelpful and dismissive. In the evening, there was a big family group causing loud disturbance and when we asked them to be quiet, they threatened us. The hotel staff did nothing to address the situation and we had no choice but to check out. On top of all this, we were charged extra by the hotel during our midnight checkout. This hotel experience we have ever had. I will not recommend staying at this hotel.

We were really surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the market and the railway station, made transportation very easy.

This hotel's location is very convenient with its close proximity to the market and railway station, making it easy to explore the area. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being only a short distance away from local attractions. the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the friendly staff provides excellent service. Guests can indulge in a delicious breakfast and enjoy the lovely view from their rooms, making it a great option for a relaxing stay.

The hotel could improve their communication with guests and avoid bothering them unnecessarily.

Great stay! the hotel was well-located, just a short distance from the city center and local attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the free breakfast and the beautiful view from the rooftop terrace.

the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, and there was some noise from other guests that made it difficult to sleep at night.
